Rate Terms and Conditions

Customer-initiated cancellation or modification:

1. Customers are reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. 

2. The terms and conditions of the reserved rate specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

3. Pre-paid reservations cannot be modified and/or cancelled. Advance payments, such as deposits, will not be refunded. In such cases, this is stated in the rate's terms and conditions.

4. If the terms and conditions of the reserved rate permit:

• reservation cancellations can be made directly on the Website or mobile services via the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
• reservation modifications can be made directly with the hotel, whose telephone contact details are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.

5. In the event of an early departure by the customer, the full agreed price will be charged. For pre-paid reservations, no refund will be granted in this event. 

6. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the customer must vacate the room before 12:00 PM on the day the reservation ends. Otherwise, an additional night will be charged. 

7. All reservations are personal and cannot be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
